Build a Pi TNC

I spent an embarassing amount of time refining this design, so I thought I'd share.  Multi mode packet TNC, vhf, HF, for $50, and a couple of hours of building.  I can make the firmware available upon request!

Nicely done!  (And love the beer coasters...)

I've got a Pi-3B hooked to my rig in the car, with Direwolf as the TNC and YAAC for APRS, so now I need to get Winlink running.  Is PAT the only software I would need to add (along with the config files), or is there something else running under the hood?

Yes Craig,

Very well done!  You should get Greg post this to the W6EK YouTube Channel so other folks can search and find your fabulous work.

I see you have merged two of your favorite pastimes.  Prost!!

What the heck does “73” mean?  73 is morse code short hand for “Best Regards” used by Ham radio operators.  It’s origin goes all the way back to the landline telegraph days.
