Bat Area Fire

Club member Alex-KM6EPX, a cadet at Cal Maritime only had minutes to
escape a fire this morning that crossed interstate 80 and threatened the
campus. He only had time to grab a  back pack and flee on foot with
other cadets. So far, firefighters are slowing the fire on the academy
boundary. Other than some smoke inhalation, Alex is fine in Vallejo. He
sent a picture-attached.

Everyone, stay prepared and have your go kit/bug out bag ready. This can
happen to any of us, at any time without warning. Stay safe and God bless.
